Pencil drawing on paper, watercolor. Depiction of Ulm City Hall seen from the east, with fountain in the foreground. Partly pasty color application, vivid colorfulness. Signed lower right "Pan Pfeiffer". Framed under glass. Good condition, few signs of age and use. Overall dimensions H. 57cm, w. 43cm.
