Wehrmacht Army tropical helmet, circa 1940
Light beige fabric covering, hemispherical dome shape with a wide brim, three small holes on the left and right sides where insignia were formerly attached, inside there are remnants of a circular stamp, difficult to read, possibly "2-39," sweatband made of synthetic leather, applied with cork spacer washers, good condition for its age, chin strap missing, 26 x 36 cm (W x L).

Tropenhelm Wehrmacht Heer, um 1940
hellbeige Stoffbespannung, halbkugelige Kuppelform mit breiter Krempe, seitlich links und rechts drei kleine Löcher, dort ehemals Hohheitsabzeichen, innen Reste eines Rundstempelabdrucks, schwer lesbar wohl "2-39", Schweißband aus Kunstleder, appliziert mit Distanzscheiben aus Kork, altersgemäß gute Erhaltung, Kinnriemen fehlt, 26 x 36 cm (BxL)
