Peter Tereszczuk, small figural wall clock
circa 1900, signed on the side, gilt bronze, zaponized, seated art nouveau beauty in flowing dress, sitting on the clock case, inserted Ruhla brand clock, dial with Roman numerals and inscription Antimagnetic Made in GDR, mechanical movement, not functional, back later filled with plaster, old traces of grinding, zapon varnish applied later, h 14.7 cm. Artist's info: Austrian sculptor (1875 Wybubow/Ukraine to 1963 Vienna), peak of his work was in the years between 1895 and 1925 in Vienna, besides his sculptural works he produced numerous figuratively overformed utilitarian objects.
