Rudolf Kaesbach, seated female nude Design 1937, signed "R. Kaesbach.", bronze brown patinated, after bathing a female nude seated on a cloth on rocks, the upper part of the body turned away to the side, this model was executed in porcelain with the model number 1669 by the Rosenthal company, on a rock base, mounted on a flat marble plinth, good condition due to age, h bronze 36 cm, h total 38 cm. Design 1937, signed "R. Artist's info: German sculptor (1873 Mönchengladbach to 1955 Berlin), studied at the academies in Hanau, Paris and Brussels, active in Berlin since 1904, initially produced mainly life-size marble figures, later increasingly female nudes and chose motifs from the world of legends, was represented at the Great German Art Exhibitions 1939-1943 in the Haus der Deutschen Kunst in Munich.
