Large table cuckoo clock around 1880Splendid wooden case in the shape of a railroad cottage. Wide rectangular stand, tapering to the top, carved fence set on top all around. Slightly smaller clock case in the end with carved pointed gable, in it small door with cutout for the movable cuckoo. In the center below, large wooden clock face with applied numerals made of bone, as well as the winding holes for the walking and striking movement. Built-in movement with pierced brass plates and short pendulum, striking on the hour and half hour on a sound spiral and simultaneous cuckoo call. Cuckoo moves, also the wings. Splendid collector's clock in well-kept, working condition, few signs of age and wear. Breiter rechteckiger Stand, sich nach oben verjüngend, daraufgesetzter, geschnitzter Zaun ringsum. Etwas kleinerer Uhrenkasten im Abschluss mit geschnitztem Spitzgiebel, darin Türchen mit Ausschnitt für den beweglichen Kuckuck. Mittig darunter großes Ziffernblatt aus Holz mit aufgesetzten Ziffern aus Bein sowie die Aufzugslöcher für Geh- und Schlagwerk. Eingebautes Werk mit durchbrochenen Messingplatinen und Kurzpendel, Schlagwerk zu vollen und halben Stunde auf Tonspirale und gleichzeitigem Kuckucksruf. Kuckuck bewegt sich, auch die Flügel.
