Weltkrieg längere Zeit in Murrhardt und von 1938 bis zu seiner barbarischen Ermordung April 1945 in einer kleinen Hütte am Rande von Gaildorf, der Mord kurz vor Kriegsende wurde nie aufgeklärt. Der "Konzelmann-Saal" in der Galerie im Alten Schloss Gaildorf wurde nach ihm benannt. Filigrane Holz Schnitzkunst aus Eiche, Nussknacker in Form eines elegant gekleideten Zwerges bzw. kleinen Mannes, bekleidet mit Frack und Fliege, in leicht angespannter Haltung, Mund lässt sich über Hebel an der Rückseite öffnen zum knacken von Nussschalen. Am Boden vom Künstler signiert und bez. "Ferdinand Konzelmann / Bildhauer / Gaildorf / 1939". H. 34cm. Gewicht 1,9kg. Sehr ausgefallenes Unikat.
