Two Wilhelminian period chairs made by master cabinetmaker Julius Groschkus around 1900, decorative knobs in the form of carved lion heads, scale frieze pilasters, small balustrade. Beautifully embossed leather upholstery with floral ornamentation and family coat of arms (lion on the right, initials CG on the left), four jointed baluster legs, profiled base, diamonds. Height 105 x 50 x 44 cm, seat height 48 cm. Good condition with age-related signs of wear.
