Grand grandfather clock from the Wilhelminian period around 1880/90, solid oak and veneered. Impressive shell crowning with diamonds, fluted pilasters, around base with scale frieze and Ionic capitals, coffered front, round framed clock face with picture in the centre, very nice movement with pine cone weights and a fascinating pendulum with two lion heads, floral ornaments and rocaille. Height 240 x 57 x 34 cm. Good condition with age-related traces of use.
