AN ICON SHOWING THE DEISIS Central Russian, 19th century Tempera on wood panel with kovcheg. Executed in bright colours on a gold ground. Four selected saints on the borders: Sts. Andrey Stratilates, Paraskeva, Dimitry and Alexander. Partially restored. 35.5 x 30.5 cm.
