Together with the 6mm f/2.8 lens, this is the widest of the Fisheye-Nikkor lenses, with an angle of view of 220°. It produces a circular picture image of 21.6mm diameter, the 6mm Fisheye offers more impact in the fisheye photography. It was originally produced as a survey lens for the National Arctic Survey to take pictures of the whole sky and cloud formations unhindered. It was produced by special order only. With less than 100 made, it is one of the rarest Nikon lenses. Second version in mint condition with perfect lenses, front cap. With matching F2 chrome body no.8064991 in fine condition.
