nach Meissener Modell, Entwurf Johann Joachim Kändler 1733, Ausführung Carl Thieme Dresden, unterglasurblaue Stempelmarke ab 1901, naturalistische Ausformung mit polychromer Aufglasurbemalung und partieller Goldstaffage, auf den Hinterläufen sitzender und seitlich blickender Hund mit offenem Maul, stark reliefplastisch gearbeitetem Zottelfell und Halsband, Schwanzansatz brandrissig, Spitze einer Augenbraue geklebt sonst guter altersgemäßer Zustand, H 29 cm. Potschappel Bolognese Dog
following the Meissen model, designed by Johann Joachim Kändler in 1733, executed by Carl Thieme Dresden, underglaze blue stamp mark from 1901, naturalistic moulding with polychrome overglaze painting and partial gold decoration, the dog sitting on its hind legs and looking sideways with open mouth, the shaggy fur and collar worked in high relief, the base of the tail cracked by firing, tip of one eyebrow glued otherwise in good condition for its age, h 29 cm.
