Portrait einer ernst blickenden Dame im Seitenprofil, mit schwarzem, floralem Haarschmuck und schwarzem Kleid, darunter trägt sie eine weiße Bluse mit schwarzer Spitze, flache Portraitmalerei mit gekonnter Lichtführung, Öl auf Leinwand, 2. Hälfte 19. Jh., rechts unten schwer leserlich signiert "Bussmann", Firnis nachgedunkelt, Retuschen, zwei restaurierte Stellen und eine kleine Fehlstelle in der Leinwand, rückseitig Stempel der Firma "Maler-Leinwand Fabrik A. Schutzmann München", Rahmen der Zeit mit Bestoßungen, Falzmaße ca. 63 x 52 cm.

Portrait of a serious looking lady in side profile, with black floral hair ornament and black dress, underneath she wears a white blouse with black lace, flat portrait painting with skilful lighting, oil on canvas, 2nd half 19th cent, signed "Bussmann", the varnish darkened, retouching, two restored areas and a small missing part in the canvas, stamp of the company "Maler-Leinwand Fabrik A. Schutzmann München" on the reverse, frame of the time with bumps, folded dimensions approx. 63 x 52 cm.
