schemenhafte Darstellung einer Menschengruppe, Aquatinta, teils geschabt, unter der Darstellung in Blei rechts signiert und datiert "Hrdlicka 1968" und links nummeriert "14/90", kompletter Titel der Graphik "Masse und Macht: Skizze zu Humanae Vitae", sehr breitrandiges Exemplar, sehr leicht im Randbereich gebräunt, hinter Glas gerahmt, Darstellungsmaße ca. 20 x 17,6 cm, Blattmaße ca. 65 x 49,5 cm. Künstlerinfo: österreichischer Zeichner, Maler, Graphiker, Bildhauer, Bühnenbildner und Schriftsteller (1928 Wien bis 2009 Wien), zunächst Lehre als Zahntechniker, studierte 1946-52 an der Wiener Akademie Malerei bei Albert Paris Gütersloh und Josef Dobrowsky, später 1953-57 hier Bildhauerei bei Fritz Wotruba, ab 1960 erste Ausstellungen, 1964 Vertretung Österreichs auf der Biennale Venedig, übernahm mehrere Professuren 1971-73 und 1975-86 Akademie Stuttgart, 1973-75 Hochschule der Bildenden Künste (HBK) Hamburg, 1986-89 Universität der Künste Berlin und ab 1989 Universität Wien, zahlreiche angetragene Ehrungen wurden vom Künstler ausgeschlagen, war tätig in Wien, Quelle: Wikipedia und Internet.

Artist information: Austrian draughtsman, painter, graphic artist, sculptor, stage designer and writer (1928 Vienna - 2009 Vienna), initially trained as a dental technician, studied painting at the Vienna Academy under Albert Paris Gütersloh and Josef Dobrowsky 1946-52, later sculpture under Fritz Wotruba here 1953-57, first exhibitions from 1960, 1964 represented Austria at the Venice Biennale, took on several professorships 1971-73 and 1975-86 Stuttgart Academy, 1973-75 Hamburg University of Fine Arts (HBK), 1986-89 Berlin University of the Arts and from 1989 Vienna University, numerous proposed honours were turned down by the artist, worked in Vienna, source: Wikipedia and Internet.
