13 copper engravings from the work "Le théâtre des cruautés des hérétiques de notre temps", "The theatre of the cruelties of our time", written by Richard Verstegen and first published in 1587, the work deals with the crimes of the Protestants against the Catholics during the Wars of Religion, copper engravings, mounted in four frames behind glass, prints partly with slight defects, frames partly defective, sheet dimensions each approx. 9.5 x 13 cm.
