summery-sunny high mountain landscape with torrent, on this Thieme-Becker notes: ".... treats exquisitely illuminated atmospheric pictures from the Bavarian mountains, ...", slightly impasto landscape painting, oil on canvas, c. 1900, signed lower left "L. Correggio", little craquelure, marginal doubling, restored missing parts, framed in very fine Wilhelminian gold stucco moulding, folding dimensions c. 60.5 x 40.5 cm. Artist info: German-Italian landscape painter.
