Artist's book with a bound-in etching, signed "Hussel" in lead on the right and numbered "37/100" on the left under the image, as well as twelve pages of facsimile text after Horst Hussel, on the penultimate page dedication in lead "Für Winfried Henkel mit herzlichem Gruß", published in 1989 in an edition of 100 copies, cover with small inconspicuous stain, dimensions of the book approx. 20 x 15 cm, enclosed invitation card to the exhibition "Horst Hussel Zeichnungen und Buchgraphik" at the Amtsrichterhaus Schwarzenbek, inside with dedication of the artist in lead. Artist's info: Germ. Draughtsman, illustrator, graphic artist and writer (1934 Greifswald to 2017 Berlin), from 1953 studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden with Erich Fraaß, 1954 de-registration in the course of the formalism debate, 1954-58 studied at the Hochschule für bildende und angewandte Kunst in Berlin-Weißensee with Gabriele Mucchi, Bert Heller and Kurt Robbel, here also de-registration, 1958-61 studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Berlin-Charlottenburg, friendship with Friedrich Schröder Sonnenstern, since 1961 active as a graphic artist, draughtsman, writer and publisher in Berlin, 1994 founded the Dronte-Presse, member of the PEN-Zentrum Deutschland and the VBK of the GDR, honorary president of the Schwitters Society, also active for the magazines Das Magazin and Sybille , source: Eisold "Künstler in der DDR" and Wikipedia.
