Fantasy blue landscape with female figures, colour offset on wove paper (papier vélin), titled, dated, numbered and signed "Blaues Haus 1984 179/200 Wolfgang Fratscher (19)92" at the bottom, sheet measures approx. 82 x 60 cm. Artist info: German graphic artist (1944 Rendsburg to 2009 Buchholz), 1964-68 studied at the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung Hamburg, 1968-69 master student at the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung Hamburg, since 1971 active as freelance painter and graphic artist, source: Lot-tissimo and Internet.
