circa 1900, signed, embossed signature mark Van Hasselt & Cie. Brussels, model number 5027 and 5 as well as incised number II, light earthenware painted matt and gold-bronzed, on an irregular base with cloth drapery a girl in a flowing Biedermeier dress with puffed sleeves striding slightly bent forward, holding a metal and glass lantern at eye level with her outstretched right hand, newly electrified with one flame, working and expertly restored condition, loop end loose at the left hand, h 62 cm.
