Baroque screw-top tea bottle
c. 1680, colourless glass, bubbled and squeezed off demolition, of rectangular basic form, all four sides decorated with fine mat-cut decoration, floral tendrils with leaves and umbels, stylised branches on the shoulder, attached neck, three-piece pewter mount consisting of rim, removable inner lid and screw-top lid with grooved engraving, good, undamaged condition for age, h approx. 24 cm.
