Villeroy & Boch Figurenkrug "Allegorie auf den Tanz"
circa 1890, embossed mark V & B Mettlach, inscription "Gegen Nachbildung geschützt", model number 2440, cream-coloured porcelain stoneware, partly glazed and matt painted, surrounding a modelled frieze of figures with Roman figures playing music and dancing, flower-decorated tin-lined lid, inscription: "S. l. Kommilitonen A. Kanger z. fr. Er. H. Maddisson, J. Schmieden, E. Tusch", good condition for age, h 17 cm.
