KPM Berlin Picture Plate Dwarf Motif with Casket
Circa 1900, porcelain plate with press mark from 1825, embossed letter H and number 203-145, transverse rectangular plate with fine polychrome onglaze painting in the manner of Heinrich Schlitt, landscape with four dwarfs and a personified cricket playing a violin, set into the hinged lid of a rectangular wooden box with profiling, pearl frieze and floral carving, box minimally bumped and without lock, plate in good condition for its age, dimensions approx. 20 x 15 cm, dimensions of casket max. 15,5 x 29 x 24 cm.
