France, 2nd half 19th c., marked on the dial, the round pendulum movement with mark "Etienne Maxant Paris", portal clock in Empire style, marble case decorated with fire-gilt bronze applications, the columns decorated with Aesculapian staff, pendulum lens in the shape of the sun, immaculate enamel dial, fine gilt Louis XVI hands, working, h 38 cm.
