Pickelhaube Polizei Dachau
circa 1900, officer's pickel cap, black lacquered leather bell, nickel-plated forehead rail, cross blade fastened with round-headed screws, smooth solid top, slightly curved scale chain on lion heads, the imperial cockade on the left, in front the city coat of arms with three gilt oval emblems, on it a lion, a serpent and a riding spur, above it three tower pinnacles, held on the left and right by two lions, leather lug inner lining with light wear marks, good condition for age, size approx. 57.
