around 1880, crew helmet for hunters or artillery, black lacquered leather bell with two vents, brass forehead bar, gilt emblem under crown L II (Ludwig II.), leather chinstraps on lion heads, Bavarian cockade on the left, green woollen horn above, black woollen hood with traces of age, leather flap lining with clear traces of wear, good condition for age, some screws of the emblems renewed, size approx. 54.
