Russia, 19th c., titled in ecclesiastical Slavonic, tempera over chalk ground on a slightly vaulted simple hardwood panel with two sponki on the back, partly gold-bronzed, depicting Mary as central figure on a flat pedestal of clouds, her head bowed, her arms spread wide, flanked by several people seeking help, accompanied by angels, partly severe loss of substance, in need of restoration, dimensions 27 x 22 cm.
