Waffle iron or wafer iron, dated 1890, iron. Two round iron plates with long handles connected by hinges. On the two inner sides deeply incised, mirror-inverted decoration as a matrix for the waffle pattern. Here on one side crowned escutcheon with monogram ''J.F.''''''. On the other side heart-shaped vine work and the year ''18.90''. Brass ring attached to the end of the handle to secure the tongs. Forged, in comparison filigree design. Diameter of the plates 16 cm, total length 69 cm.
Waffeleisen bzw. Oblateneisen, datiert 1890, Eisen. Zwei runde Eisenplatten mit langen Griffstangen durch Scharnier verbunden. Auf den beiden Innenseiten tief eingeschnittenes, spiegelverkehrtes Dekor als Matritze für das Waffelmuster. Hier auf einer Seite bekröntes Wappenschild mit Monogramm ''J.F.'''' Auf der anderen Seite herzförmiges Rankenwerk und Jahreszahl ''18.90''. Am Griffende Messing-Ring eingehängt zur Sicherung der Zange. Geschmiedete, im Vergleich filigrane Ausführung. Durchmesser Platten 16cm, Gesamtlänge 69 cm
