Buddha Amitabha, China, wohl Dehua, um 1900 oder früher, elfenbeinfarbenes Dehua-Porzellan (Blanc de Chine), der ''Buddha des unermesslichen Lichts'' Emituofo majestätisch auf einem Lotossockel im Lotossitz(padmasana) thronend, die linke Hand in Gestus des Wunschgewährens(varadamudra), die rechte Hand hält einen Lotos, in dem die Gläubigen im Paradies des Amitabha(sukhavati) wiedergeboren werden, Gesicht durch alle Merkmale(lakshana) mit Urna-Stirnmal, Ushnisha-Kopfwölbung und gedrehten Locken gezeichnet, mildvolles Lächeln und überzeugender Faltenverlauf, auf dem Rücken zwei Marken, 18x10x8cm
