BORIS AND GLEB WITH A SILVER OKLAD Russian, 18th century (icon), Russian, Aleksey Fedorov Kolototshin, 1856 (oklad) Tempera on wood panel with kovcheg. The silver oklad repoussé and chased with rocaille motifs. Restorations. Marked with city hallmark, assayer’s mark, 84 standard and master’s mark ‘AK’. 32.7 x 28 cm.
