Large Corinthian black-figure alabastron. Early Corinthian, 625 - 600 BC. Height 27,1cm, ø corpus 11,6cm. On the corpus three friezes. Above animal-frieze with lion, goat and bull, in the middle scales alternate in black, red und white, below frieze with four armed horsemen. Details in red. Upper quarter broken and reassembled, small missing part is retouched, in the bottom a hole, color flaked off at tiny spots.
