Борис Александрович Тальберг (1930-1984) — живописец, монументалист, график, заслуженный художник РСФСР, председатель правления МОСХ РСФСР с 1978 по 1984 годы. Учился в Московском институте прикладного и декоративного искусства и в Ленинградском училище имени В.И. Мухиной Автор мозаичного панно на фасаде музея-панорамы «Бородинская битва» (Москва), мозаики в холле Центра управления полётами в Королёве.
