- A fine quality Oil Painting on canvas, titled "Beach Near Blankenberg" depicting a scene of a working fishing harbour at low tide, with sailboats and people gathered.
With a clever use of colour and light enhancement truly bringing this superb piece to life.
By acclaimed Belgian born artist Francois-Etienne Musin (1820 - 1888)
Born in Ostend he specialised in seascapes & scenes of coastal landscapes, rivers and harbours.
Framed in an elaborate heavily carved frame, with raised detail and decorated in a gold colour.
Signed to the lower right corner.
Complete with light above to show this piece of art at its very best.
Condition : Used, minor imperfections to the frame, art in overall good condition.
